GRACE PERIOD
is 15 minutes. Please keep in mind that I may have clients behind you and if you’re running late it will mess up my schedule and have me running late for the rest of the day. You must reschedule your appointment if you are late, as I might not be able to take you.
Your deposit (€5) is non refundable if you are late or miss your appointment without a 24 hour notice!

NON- REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT
Cancellations MUST be made within 24 hours in advance of your service, rescheduling included. Cancellations with less than 24 hour notice will forfeit the deposit and another deposit must be made to book again. Please cancel and reschedule accordingly. If you have an emergency, contact me as soon a possible to see what arrangements can be made.

CHILDREN OR EXTRA PEOPLE

You are welcomed to bring an extra person or your kid to the appointment, a heads up is appreciated!

I take clients as of 14 years old. I do require a parent to approve. 14-16 years old is required to come with a parent for the first appointment.
Under 18 a Russian manicure is not performed, and that is nonnegotiable!

RE-OCCURRING CLIENTS

I hope that you love your nails and experience enough to book a standing appointment.
Standing appointments will reoccur every 2-3 weeks.
